    GIP insurance enables Focus Brands to pay employees a percentage of continued income if illness or injury prevents them from working for a prolonged period of time. This is an enhanced benefit and eligibility is dependant on job grade.

    GCI cover is a type of insurance that pays out a tax-free lump sum if you’re diagnosed with, or undergo surgery for, a critical illness. This is an enhanced benefit and eligibility is dependant on job grade.

    PHI lets you claim for the cost of private medical care, rather than paying for it yourself or using a publicly funded health services like the NHS. This is an enhanced benefit and eligibility is dependant on job grade.
